These terms describe the baseline rules for using theListicleBuilder to create, publish, track, and optimize listicle landing pages.
Use of the service
You are responsible for your account, organization, users, published pages, ad units, integrations, domains, and campaign activity. Use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
Customer content
You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant theListicleBuilder the rights needed to host, render, track, optimize, and support that content within the service.
Compliance
You are responsible for disclosures, claims, consent requirements, privacy notices, ad-network rules, and affiliate-network rules that apply to your campaigns and traffic sources.
Integrations and postbacks
You are responsible for configuring integrations accurately, protecting shared secrets, validating destination URLs, and monitoring postback or forwarding errors.
Availability and changes
The platform may change as features, infrastructure, and compliance requirements evolve. We work to preserve customer data and published-page integrity during those changes.
